Sabbiĥi Asma Rabbika Al-'A`lá    087-001* Glorify the name of your Lord, the All-Highest, سَبِّحِ ‌اسْمَ ‌‍رَبِّكَ ‌الأَعْلَى‌
Al-Ladhī Khalaqa Fasawwá    087-002* Who has created and fashioned, الَّذِي خَ‍‍لَ‍‍قَ فَسَوَّ‌ى‌
Wa Al-Ladhī Qaddara Fahadá    087-003* Who has proportioned and guided, وَ‌الَّذِي قَ‍‍دَّ‌‍رَ‌ فَهَدَ‌ى‌
Wa Al-Ladhī 'Akhraja Al-Mar`á    087-004* Who brings forth pasturage, وَ‌الَّذِي ‌أَ‍‍خْ‍‍‍رَجَ ‌الْمَرْعَى‌
Faja`alahu Ghuthā'an 'Aĥwá    087-005* then turns it into weather-beaten stubble. فَجَعَلَه ُغُ‍‍ث‍‍َ‍ا‌ءً‌ ‌أَحْوَ‌ى‌
Sanuqri'uka Falā Tansá    087-006* We shall make you recite, so do not forget [anything] سَنُ‍‍‍‍ق‍‍‍‍ْ‍‍رِئُكَ فَلاَ‌ تَ‍‍ن‍‍سَى‌
'Illā Mā Shā'a Al-Lahu ۚ 'Innahu Ya`lamu Al-Jahra Wa Mā Yakhfá    087-007* except whatever God may wish; He knows the obvious and what is hidden. إِلاَّ‌ مَا‌ ش‍‍َ‍ا‌ءَ‌ ‌ال‍‍لَّهُ ۚ ‌إِنّ‍‍َ‍ه ُ‌ يَعْلَمُ ‌الْجَهْ‍رَ‌ ‌وَمَا‌ يَ‍‍خْ‍‍فَى‌
Wa Nuyassiruka Lilyusrá    087-008* We will make it easy for you to take the easy way, وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْ‍رَ‌ى‌
Fadhakkir 'In Nafa`ati Adh-Dhikrá    087-009* so remind [men], if reminding will benefit [anyone]. فَذَكِّرْ‌ ‌إِنْ نَفَعَتِ ‌ال‍‍ذِّكْ‍رَ‌ى‌
Sayadhdhakkaru Man Yakhshá    087-010* Anyone who feels afraid will be reminded سَيَذَّكَّرُ‌ مَ‍‍نْ يَ‍‍خْ‍‍شَى‌
Wa Yatajannabuhā Al-'Ashqá    087-011* while the unluckiest, وَيَتَجَ‍‍نّ‍‍َ‍بُهَا‌ ‌الأَشْ‍‍قَ‍‍ى‌
Al-Ladhī Yaş An-Nāra Al-Kubrá    087-012* the one who will roast in the greatest Fire, shunts it aside; الَّذِي يَ‍‍صْ‍‍لَى‌ ‌ال‍‍نّ‍‍َ‍ا‌‍رَ‌الْكُ‍‍ب‍‍ْ‍‍رَ‌ى‌
Thumma Lā Yamūtu Fīhā Wa Lā Yaĥyā    087-013* then he will neither die in it, nor yet live there. ثُ‍‍مَّ لاَ‌ يَم‍‍ُ‍وتُ فِيهَا‌ ‌وَلاَ‌ يَحْيَا‌
Qad 'Aflaĥa Man Tazakká    087-014* Anyone who purifies himself, قَ‍‍‍‍دْ‌ ‌أَفْلَحَ مَ‍‍نْ تَزَكَّى‌
Wa Dhakara Asma Rabbihi Faşallá    087-015* mentions his Lord's name and prays, will prosper. وَ‌ذَكَ‍رَ‌اسْمَ ‌‍رَبِّه ِ‍ِ‍‌ فَ‍‍صَ‍‍لَّى‌
Bal Tu'uthirūna Al-Ĥayāata Ad-Dunyā    087-016* Instead you prefer worldly life بَلْ تُؤْثِر‍ُ‍‌ونَ ‌الْحَي‍‍َ‍اةَ ‌ال‍‍دُّن‍‍ْ‍يَا‌
Wa Al-'Ākhiratu Khayrun Wa 'Abqá    087-017* whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. وَ‌الآ‍‍خِ‍‍‍رَةُ خَ‍‍يْر‌ٌ‌ ‌وَ‌أَب‍‍ْ‍‍‍قَ‍‍ى‌
'Inna Hādhā Lafī Aş-Şuĥufi Al-'Ūlá    087-018* This has been [written] on the earliest scrolls, إِنَّ هَذَ‌ا‌ لَفِي ‌ال‍‍‍‍صّ‍‍ُحُفِ ‌الأ‍ُ‍‌ولَى‌
Şuĥufi 'Ibhīma Wa Mūsá    087-019* the scriptures of Abraham and Moses. صُ‍‍حُفِ ‌إِب‍‍ْ‍‍رَ‌اه‍‍ِ‍ي‍‍مَ ‌وَمُوسَى‌
Next Sūrah
