| Wa Al-`Aşri | 103.001 By (the Token of) Time (through the ages), | وَالْعَصْرِ |
| 'Inna Al-'Insāna Lafī Khusrin | 103.002 Verily Man is in loss, | إِنَّ الإِنسَانَ لَفِي خُسْر ٍ |
| 'Illā Al-Ladhīna 'Āmanū Wa `Amilū Aş-Şāliĥāti Wa Tawāşaw Bil-Ĥaqqi Wa Tawāşaw Biş-Şabri | 103.003 Except such as have Faith, and do righteous deeds, and (join together) in the mutual teaching of Truth, and of Patience and Constancy. | إِلاَّ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالْحَقِّ وَتَوَاصَوْا بِالصَّبْرِ |
