Wa Al-`Ādiyāti Đabĥāan  | By the snorting steeds (horses that are used in wars),[100.1] | وَالْعَادِيَاتِ ضَبْحاً |
Fālmūriyāti Qadĥāan  | dashing off sparks by the strike of their hoofs,[100.2] | فَالْمُورِيَاتِ قَدْحاً |
Fālmughīrāti Şubĥāan  | making raids in the morning,[100.3] | فَالْمُغِيرَاتِ صُبْحاً |
Fa'atharna Bihi Naq`āan  | and leaving a trail of dust[100.4] | فَأَثَرْنَ بِهِِ نَقْعاً |
Fawasaţna Bihi Jam`āan  | as they dash into the middle of the enemy troops![100.5] | فَوَسَطْنَ بِهِِ جَمْعاً |
'Inna Al-'Insāna Lirabbihi Lakanūdun  | Surely man is ungrateful to his Rabb;[100.6] | إِنَّ الإِنسَانَ لِرَبِّهِِ لَكَنُودٌ |
Wa 'Innahu `Alá Dhālika Lashahīdun  | and surely he himself bears witness to it,[100.7] | وَإِنَّهُُعَلَى ذَلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ |
Wa 'Innahu Liĥubbi Al-Khayri Lashadīdun  | and surely he is violent in his love of this worldly wealth.[100.8] | وَإِنَّهُُلِحُبِّ الْخَيْرِ لَشَدِيدٌ |
'Afalā Ya`lamu 'Idhā Bu`thira Mā Fī Al-Qubūri  | Is he not aware that when those who lie in the graves will be raised to life,[100.9] | أَفَلاَ يَعْلَمُ إِذَا بُعْثِرَ مَا فِي الْقُبُورِ |
Wa Ĥuşşila Mā Fī Aş-Şudūri  | and that what is in their breasts will be made known,[100.10] | وَحُصِّلَ مَا فِي الصُّدُورِ |
'Inna Rabbahum Bihim Yawma'idhin Lakhabīrun  | surely their Rabb on that Day shall have full knowledge about them.[100.11] | إِنَّ رَبَّهُمْ بِهِمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ لَخَبِيرٌ |
