| 'Ara'ayta Al-Ladhī Yukadhdhibu Bid-Dīni | 107.001 Seest thou one who denies the Judgment (to come)? | أَرَأَيْتَ الَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِالدِّينِ |
| Fadhālika Al-Ladhī Yadu``u Al-Yatīma | 107.002 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), | فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي يَدُعُّ الْيَتِيمَ |
| Wa Lā Yaĥuđđu `Alá Ţa`āmi Al-Miskīni | 107.003 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. | وَلاَ يَحُضُّ عَلَى طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ |
| Fawaylun Lilmuşallīna | 107.004 So woe to the worshippers | فَوَيْل ٌ لِلْمُصَلِّينَ |
| Al-Ladhīna Hum `An Şalātihim Sāhūna | 107.005 Who are neglectful of their prayers, | الَّذِينَ هُمْ عَنْ صَلاَتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ |
| Al-Ladhīna Hum Yurā'ūna | 107.006 Those who (want but) to be seen (of men), | الَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَاءُونَ |
| Wa Yamna`ūna Al-Mā`ūna | 107.007 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. | وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ |
